I excessively dosed 4 pills (2 grams) of paracetamol, typically daily, for about 4 years.

Some days maybe only 2 pills (1 gram).

I've stopped now.

But over that time, I noticed I develop intolerances to other chemicals such as Vitamin A in topical formulation (called tretinoin or differin, retinoids), and melanotan 2 (tanning peptide).

Curious whether one could be related to the other.

Could excess acetaminophen consumption cause intolerance to the latter two chemicals?

Maybe bring out a hypersensitive response to them (that wasn't there earlier, prior to commencing the acetaminophen use?

I also developed low level tinnitus, which may be linked to excess acetaminophen use also.

Some allusions to inhibitions of metabolic pathways via chronic acetaminophen use?

Oh yes I quit taking 5mg oxy or hydro as I od-ed on the Tylenol wasn't pretty in the least... like 2-3 days sick. Wasn't enough opioid but too much garbage. Took me twice to learn my lessen.
Won't touch the stuff now.
I don't mess with a lot of stuff these days for one reason or another.
Please be safe with all thing substance. ;)
