Which drugs cannot be combined with antidepressants?

My first was Tofranil. Then Amiptrypline. Then Prozac. Then Paxil. Then Effexor. Then Zoloft. Then a combination of Lexapro and Wellbutrin, which I'm currently on.

regarding the Amitriptyline, my psych currently has me on 50mg at night. it is so sedating and brain fogging for me. i'm a mess until early afternoon. and it sure isnt doing much for my depression. havent left house in a few days. did you experience this too? I wish you luck on this painful journey of depression. Happyone

MAO inhibitors is a no-no. So also Ayahuasca.

In general anything that affects serotonin is risky.
