@Zopiclone bandit - the stuff i had was quite light - always in rocks cant remember the last time i got powder. I could not detect any change in taste but then I have never smoked nitrazene perhaps its tasteless - but I was nodding out with euphoria not as people say the other shit is like.

This is VERY dark in powder & rocky.
It runs very clean & doesn't need much heat at all, it has a kind of chemical taste I've never known before.

The odd part was the very first bit was so potent then it seemed to drop off, I smoked the rest of the bag & I didn't feel anything more to it. I stood up & went to take a piss & I had a nod come over me where I had to catch my balance & went on the nod standing up trying my very best to keep my ass from hitting the deck.

I'm going from near sober then in a second I am itchy like bug bites, this is ODD stuff & not like anything I have come across in all my time.
I got one coming on right now, I have just gone from feeling ok to right now trying to keep my eyes open, this in a 1ml wouldn't be a good idea.

It appears that dubious on-line vendors are selling nitazenes. As per the brief appearance of fentanyl analogues a decade ago, it appears that online vendors in the Baltic nations are responsible.

It's being sold in grams via Telegram but from reports, the material isn't pure AND traces of synthetic CB1 ligands and other classes of RC were discovered in samples.

So nobody knows just how pure a given sample will be and given the potency of the nitazenes, without specialist mixing equipment, it's not possible to reliably dose the stuff.

But it's evidently not high-level H dealers doing this but rather an intermediate level dealer. I notice that H dealers caught with nitazene-laced product are being handed particularly long sentences.

Quite a sensible idea. Essentially treating it as a class A+ drug.

Both heroin and crack are 2 far over rated drugs as to what they are. I had a whole OC 80 the other night in bits and hit me better than 80% of street h would. And had some old skool 4-mmc lately that all the crackheads are saying is better than crack lol. Goes to show.

Only like what blondin describes is worth the bother. Now and again not often. And crack is just whack really wouldnt recommend even washing your own its just not a good drug. Litrtally bought off my usual yardie contact pre made and 3 powder lines. Mate dished out 3g in pipes too. It is just not an enjoyable drug people even with the best washed with ammonia and 80%+ ethanol it is still too much like am i gonna die. Its like i prerfereed their bicarb one cos it wasnt as deadly. Really pure crack just makes me think am gonna die when i get a good hit.

Oxycodone is a particularly devious drug. It acts directly on NET and DAT reuptake making it psychologically addictive out of all proportion to it's analgesic activity.

For me, anxiety is the result but most people report euphoria.

It's also a prodrug of oxymorphone with about 8% of an oral dose being O-demethylated by first-pass liver metabolism. That's why I've always just taken my OCs. The 'area under the curve' for activity is much bigger than if it's administered parenterally. But has to be said that the DAT/NET activity makes such routes euphoric to most.

I was shocked to discover that the BNF advises that doses over '400mg/day are appropriate in some cases' Since the most potent pill is a 120mg SR I can only presume that in such extreme cases, they must mean a 120mg pill every 6 hours. But I suspect that's limited to palliative care.

In the UK at least, strong opioids aren't indicated for 'severe pain' but rather 'to treat unacceptable human suffering' which is rather nebulous. BUT it should be said that at least doctors have the last word on what is appropriate medication - no law-makers would ever be allowed to limit a drugs usage.

Europe is ripe for cheap meth. I honestly hadn't read the above article but Michael Linnell is friend; I've known him for most of my life. So what people on BL say, he get's to hear. As the article points out, the ECMDDA provides a huge amount of data on drug trends in Europe.

It's not as if it wouldn't be possible for a synthetic opioid to replace H - oxycodone and hydromorphone are extremely rare BUT understood and accepted by European H users because those are both more or less as good as H. But an inferior substitutes don't thrive.

As I've noted before, opium can be converted to hydromorphone almost as simply as it can be converted to heroin and while reports don't seem to agree it's QUITE as good, it is 4 times more potent so opium prices could go up by a factor of four and the product on the street wouldn't subjectively alter very much.
