This is going to be a fungus filled breakfast my God man thank reishi also psilocybin only stuff to hopefully make me laugh silly today need a break from all substances at least it ain't junk but dang it all dude if I drink and tweak I seem to be a Trainwreck let's try not to derail into toxic high risk of abuse type stuff but I am a shell of a creature perhaps the forest has an answer tuning into nature on mushrooms to feed the need in a more holistic manner than in recent frizzled memory

On another note cannabis and kratom only things offering solace from the devastating aftermath of the tweaks the past week or so

Took my testosterone shot yesterday then went to see doc about that, they kept my dosage the same but split it so now I gotta stick myself twice a week lol. Yesterday apparently I went through a vein so I had a blood sprinkler on the exit. 👍

Hey, man. Hope you've been well. I know we've talked on here a couple times, been a little bit, but I'm over halfway with my taper... at 7mg/day and about to drop to 6, down from 16mg. Getting to the nitty gritty, but it'll be worth it. All my other medical issues aside, I can tell a big difference already. I'm in NC, too, btw. Wilmington. 😉 And you're right, doctor's in this state aren't shit lol.

On some real shit guys, I just want to take a moment to remind everyone that no matter what is going on in your life right now, whatever dramas there may be, whether or not you celebrate the holidays, there is always someone locked away who would gladly trade places with you in an instant. Be thankful for what you have, even if that's only your freedom, because it can always get worse. If you can, do something to help one of our brothers and sisters this season who are incarcerated, victims of the war on drugs. Even if it's just sending someone a letter, that shit can mean the world to someone on the inside. It did to me for the last eight years.

Yea I remember you back when we was talking about that "super lab" you had baking 'cookies' lol (sry bout the prison time)

I used to dabble with subtext (w.o the nasty naloxone) and I would do crumbs like less than 1mg and get oxy like highs (even I'ved them crumbs and get a h like rush) try that.

I got it from a Ortho surgeon after a car accident ("no fault of my own"- Hunter Thompson)
And I literally just died from fentanyl, that I thought was cocaine And he saw that (stupid medical crimestoppers)
Came to surgery apt. Still hungover from fentanyl, it was strong stuff, nnarcaned in the Walmart bathroom over 5 times.. Sooooo yea he would only give me tram. And it just put me too sleepy and not enjoyable to me.
Right After surgery I went out bought more heroin, threw away the tramadol..

Yeah man, people used to think I was utterly insane to say shit like this, especially the ones closest to me, because they knew just how broad my opioid experience was, but with low or now tolerance bupe is probably one of my favorite opioids for it's relative potency, duration, affordability and safety profile. With no tolerance I got a good deal of euphoria at first, loved how just like with oxycodone it made me moreso of whatever I was doing at the time, if I needed energy it gave me energy, if I wanted to nod, just sit down and nod. I and most people I know have never been able to get a rush IVing it, but I have heard of reports from people I feel inclined to believe, so count yourself lucky I guess lol. I just dropped from 7 to 6mg today, I'm just ready to be off the shit, plan is to continue with single mg drops roughly every week to week and a half, straight on down. I'd like to think that once in a blue moon I'll be able to enjoy a little piece like I did in the old days, but we all know how THAT usually turns out, huh? ;)

Oh my gosh be careful, it’s scary out there these days with fentanyl, I’m glad you survived. Yea I like tramadol, I just have to be careful not to take too much. If I were you I’d keep the tramadol on hand just in case ya know.
I have pain issues from being beaten up badly & thrown down flights of stairs, broke my jaw ect. & really crazy violence from escaping a fd up situation & murder attempt. Tramadol is the only thing that they’ll prescribe me these days & I have a cousin who can get hydromorphone & sends it to me sometimes but I go too crazy with those for some reason so I’m trying to stay away. Years ago I had a pretty bad roxicodone habit & always had tramadol laying around & never paid attention to them either because the roxi’s were my priority but now I can only get the trams prescribed for pain so I take them (with ibuprofen or naproxen sometimes too) can help pain a little.

You are right I'm just probably the unlucky ones that gets no great effects. Don't get me wrong ...it smacked especially with benzos and weed and w.e else u include in your daily cocktail I just has some weird effects at high dose, I don't puss foot as they say

Don't get me started on diluadid HYDROMORPHONE
those are literally the wonder drug, imo a perfect drug: very effective at a nice low dose (1mg) And obliterates my Crohns flare and migraines and pretty much any back neck pain...I just don't understand why it's so stigmatized when fentanyl fiends are ruling the streets and drs or onion(what sites are left) is all we have left.
I wish I was in Canada to get in safe supply. They're handing the morphones out like candy. If any one wants to send me some hmu...jk

So glad to hear from you Jack!!! I wanna get on Subutex but I'm looking around and it seems hard to get the pure bupe from these Medicaid drs. But I get BAD headaches and other stomache discomfort from the naloxone. (Shit.. I used to extract bupe out from the films with di ethyl ether or in a pinch pure isopropyl and wheel filter to get rid of the small amount of nal.) I HAVE A HATRED FOR naloxone.

Yea they fed me Prednisone but I get terrible side effects, ungodly night terrors. I don't get it constantly thanks to the nc gov shutting down like 3/4 of the legit pain clinics... Mine included...
Listen i was getting over
80mg of OXYmorphone/ Opana a day and those days were gooooood.
I was getting the pink
k-71 10mg iR opana and my god those were the holy grail; like heroin and cocaine in a lil pink pill. I could snort 1-2 and the house could be burning down and I'd still be a jolly Roger. And the Activa's 15mg ER were perfect too, I could crush them up and not gel AT All. Or you could just alcohol extract them if you wanted a more pure powder to snort or iV. And then my friend was getting the 40mg Activa's and we'd bake them in the oven and snort them. First time doing opana with those 40s and I've never been so happy.

Lol I think I can pinpoint the moment IV went dark for me as an ROA - the day I learned how to pancake an opana. Picked that skill up in East Durham. But Jesus were they good. Every time literally a race to see if you could do it before it gelled, the absolute antithesis of HR, but fuuuuuuuck lol.

It would definitely cut down on my opiate/benzo use, which I hate! but it's mandatory and manageable.

And I feel you on you on the pancaking the opans; you mean baking them at 200° and then smashing with a cold spoon? Exactly what we did, except I got one of those hospital pill crushers, really heavy duty fulcrum things and smash them till they were paper thin.. it helped for nasal absorb. Man we had a whole edge of the tray lined from end to end with op 60s or opana 40s. This was all the while I was going to a bad ass pain Dr for all the opanas I could ever need. Life was incredible till the feds (fuk y'all seriously) shut down my clinic, I only drove 2 hr to get too. -_-

IV went dark for me immediately lol. Never got into shooting pills, but. First was heroin (back when it was still heroin), then got into coke, then pyros, then dissociatives, psychedelics, meth and empathogens, and crazy mixes thereof. Wild times, glad I'm past it. Last time I was doing it was mixed of meth and PCP analogues. Shit was crazy.
