I buy those giant bottles of methyl B12, don't underdose, get the 5000mcg sublingual tabs. Cheap in count of 300. I preload with like 3-5 tabs, then just take them daily but take extra spread thru the day on any days I did nitrous. Definitely notice it stops neuropathy after a hardcore binge so it def helps.

There is more issues that the b12 doesn't solve like high homocysteine levels.. and other stuff like DNA damage but hey at least it's something easy and cheap to prevent some of the damage.
