*edit* just thought i'd let the readers know i'm new here
i wrote a thread concerning medical issues i've been having, stated that opiates/soma worked best for the situation, and was asking how i could go about asking a doctor for meds productively/without sounding like a junkie.
i guess you could just go to my profile and read it.
the thread was then closed by someone that said "Even if the specialist is booked, your sister will have to make an appointment and wait to see that doctor if she wants serious help. We can't advise you what to say to a doctor in order to get narcotics prescribed so I have to close this."
as i stated in my thread, i DID consult and have continued to see a DIFFERENT specialist, who is in the same field of medicine.
i thought this was the kind of stuff this site was for? reread the site rules, didn't see anything about this?
kinda regretting joining, lol.
i've seen threads talk explicitly about abusing illegal drugs which are allowed to remain(understandably though, i think those threads are very important, interesting and informative.) But i was just asking about something with out the intent to get high.
what the hell did i do wrong?
