Opioids Otc codeine

Cheers. I never really thought of getting it but I guess you can definitely still OD on the likes of DHC and Tapentadol.

Is it something you can administer to yourself if you think you might have over done it?
 
Could always setup a deadmans trap, a syringe into your IM in ya ass cheek, squat while taking your poison of choice, and if you overdo it, you'll drop on to the syringe and inject yourself with the narcan.

(Please note, that was humour)

If you pass out yeah, but if you're still compos mentis and think you've taken too much you may still be able to inject or use the nasal spray Naloxone perhaps?

Thanks for the link. Is it worth asking if they can send you Nalaxone or do you have to go to a drug service to get it?
 
I have heard of a person with a little experience with opiates die from taking 300mg with no other substances.

If an opiate naïve person takes more than 60-90 mg they're either gonna feel great or spend hours puking and feeling like they're going to die

60mg dhc first time max, wait an hour and take another 30mg if underwhelmed.
 
Can't in good good conscience claim credit for that. My mate (I think.) coined that and many other terms. Another of our pals wrote a lot of our twatted meanderings down. Hope he still has it!

I was once given hard time for an OTC codeine cough syrup. You can always buy it somewhere else, but it's still shameful. :rolleyes:

She actually said "you can have this one but no more" - I felt like a right jakey fucker - mind you I still took the box off her - I wasnt THAT embarrassed!
 
Haha yeah I've had "okay well I'll sell you these but that's it for a while" a few times.

On the other hand I've been sold 3 THREE!!!!! boxes of boots aspirin and codeine tablets - the BEST CWE product going imo but I think it's been discontinued, can anyone confirm this?
 
Guys, CWE is risky and codeine and DHC can be obtained pretty easily on clearnets. No need to argue with pugnacious pharmacists or risk liver damage
 
Ok so I did a CWE one one box of cocodamol and threw 30mg of promethazine in there. A friend of a friend who likes codeinf and even spends RIDICULOUS money on "lean".
Well he said he take 8 codeine for a buzz so I said he should be fine necking the whole thing in one due to his tolerance...
He said he didn't feel a thing. I was only trying to help him out as he was buying fake oxys in the UK and this fake "lean" - I didn't take a penny off him. He said the lea. He gets flattens him...

Maybe he doesn't have the liver enzyme and the other stuff ain't codeine. Or my CWE sucks haha
 
Lean? Do they even make Codeine + Promethazine cough syrup any more? I remember some years ago going round a lot of chemists and only found one or two that sold me codeine cough syrup - I drank it and felt nothing. I wish I hadn't because it contained an enormous amount of sugar, which IMO is one of the worst drugs of all! 😵‍

CWE is so simple and quick,that even idiot with half brain can do it.You need filter-i was used a typical clothe(don't know the name),fridge and a cup.10min. and you got almost all codeine in solution with minimal,if any APAP.Pure codeine or dhc,or tram are better,cause just pop the pills....and often are prescription only.

Get him to send both the Oxy and lean to Wedinos, I know someone who had to go help out this girl who's flatmate OD 'd and died on fake Oxy in the UK, she nearly OD'd too but made herself sick when she knew what was happening, if this lean flattens him but the codeine didn't, it doesn't sound like there's codiene in the lean, sounds dodgy as fuck

You can buy it on certain apps, I've seen it, I don't use dark web but it will be there too I think, I've not bought any off apps as what's the point it's just codeine and promethazine in some sort of liquid they dicide to put it in to sell lol, may aswell do a CWE and buy UK sominex and just take the pillsas they are, same effect as if you put the cough syrup in a fizzy drink and add a jolly rancher like they do in America lol
