The secret ingredient is consistency.

I know someone personally who is an international level gymnast. Basically all muscle and no fat, very strong obviously. No substances or shakes, and their diet isn't really anything remarkable.. they do love a tub of Ben and Jerry's! Just two decades or so of consistently doing gymnastics.
 
walking in rite now for chest and triceps.. back and shoulders is on hold until my hand injury heals.
 
I've been bodybuilding for about a year now. I weight lift 5 days a week and swim once a week. I also go dancing once a week just because it's fun and unregimented. I'm in the best physical shape of my life right now. Like actually buff, which I never thought could be possible. The rest of my life is pretty much unremarkable but I'm enjoying being in a body again for the first time in over 10 years.
 
Today i did 3 sets of 25lbs lateral raises, 3 sets of 40lbs dumbbell curls, 3 sets of 40lbs dumbbell rows, 3 sets of 40lbs tricep extensions, 3 sets of 40lbs hammer curls and 3 sets of 30lbs incline dumbbell curls
 
Ive shifted kilograms of bellyweight from methadone to my arm muscles as they are about doubled up now in 6 months :) The testosterone is helping loads

Very nice. Are you getting any side effects from the test? Im gonna get my test levels checked to though i doubt it's low as i put on about 25lbs of muscle since i started lifting weights back in jan. But im on morphine and zyprexa so that can lower it i think

No side effects, shitload of positive ones :) Definitely get your test checked since morph lowers it alot. Thats why I got it cause Im on methadone.

For some reason the last doctor i tried to get a blood test from said test levels wherent that important which is bullshit. I doubt mine is low but ill get it tested anyway. Im not on morphine everyday now so i dont think thats much of a problem. The zyprexa could be though
 
wrist is 95% healed so chest tries are up today then onto back and shoulders then legs and biceps CHARGE!

Every morning my routines grounds me.
I like standing on cold concrete barefoot and looking towards the sun (if available).
I still say that in most all circumstances physical exercise (however little) improves mental issues.
