ive used a couple peoples bullets before, just for K though, i have yet to use it with coke. I like it alot, one i used was a coke bullet (with K in it) and it dispensed big bumps, but the other one i used was for K or snuff and it had a small dispenser and was pretty decent.

they sell snorting bullets at my local smoke shop

but i don't like the designs they have (hippie colors, peace symbols, and flowers all over em...bleh) i just want a plain clear one like the one i saw in this one magazine...u can snort anything outta them (coke, speed, K, 2C-T-7, etc, etc)

Bullets are the shit, for some substances. They are good for dispensing bumps of k or meth, but they are totally trash for coke. you need like 6 bumps to get going. I think the bump would be to big for 2ct7, whoever mentioned that.
