Medicine Tinnitus from covid vaccines - suggested treatment, liquid Gingko Biloba?

Gingko Biloba was one suggested treatment.

Apparently many haven't found success with this, but have in the form of a "liquid Gingko Biloba" called "Tanakene "?

That brand is Spanish I believe?

Just curious, anyone have experiences or anecdotes with use of liquid gingko biloba specifically?

I tried liquid Ginkgo Biloba;

It impacts mood, negatively (as most chemicals do for me).

This paradoxically exacerbated my tinnitus (temporarily, hopefully).
