why am i always sick?

I feel sick. when i think of you.
it permeates my brain until i feel a deep swelling feeling inside, swelled to the point of breakege...of what, so fragile ? Surely my stomach can handle this? And then....
I think it's gonna come out my throat. But it doesn't. It gets to that point where it just decides that it'll hide itself. So it does. Deep back down in the lower part of my liver. Where it waits.
Manifests. Stews. Brews...until one day. It comes.
