I'm wondering about the RC derivates, both those which are structurally close like O-PCM and these less (O-PCE I had high hopes for given similarity to MXE but either much bunk stuff was going round or it was a failure imho but some like - yet would guess it's none one would get tempted to use daily) or especially 2F-PCM as this was designed to be a K replacement.. is it only about potency or something specially toxic to either K or certain synthesis routes? To my (still superficial) knowledge John C. Lilly et al didn't get urotoxicity, neither did "the K chemist" mention it.

It certainly felt like K is the absolute worst nightmare about physical toxicity, like the K cramps and all, I only got them once in full strength, this was when doing 25g over like 3 days or so, and it was cristalline but certainly not pure but made to look like it was, which comes to wreckless criminals putting into whatever it needs ... but once I wetted my bed(! never before and never again) from something feeling like an urinary infection from MXE. Yet nothing anywhere near to what K can do - maybe a coincidence as afterwards I was using MUCH more MXE without nothing physical.

How about mental toxicity or personality changes? Never really read about a psychosis from K, but neither anything permanent from MXE but O-PCM certainly can induce some things when abused too much - I was always aiming for the hole but never ever really reached it, had my share of OOB experiences yet always connected with my body which greatly distracted from the trip ... over-dosed / passed out countless times, in acute terms it's perfectly safe but long-term dunno.. would be interesting to read about this in a realistic setting, not some dosed-to-death rats..

Edit: Finally found a vendor for vet grade K (anesket ampoules) now only need to convince my gf about it.. Will report about the subjective comparison of effects!
Edit2: Memantine does something about interactions, can become psychotomimetic but remember having thought that it reduced felt toxicity. Might just be cause of its own analgesic effects and thus lead to worse use but it certainly blocks the after effects of a binge.

I'm glad I've never gone over 5g in a binge. Did that at least 10 times and never had a bladder issue. My usual dosage of 1-2 grams in 24 hours also doesn't seem to cause any problems though its not super regular. I hear it is a cumulative effect?

Yeah i think there is some reports of mxe and the like having similar effects on the bladder like ketamine. I guess the active dose it alot lower with these compared to ketamine so less known

Yeah zeph it was when i started using daily and going through in excess of grams daily is when the bladder issues arose. Almost certainly a cumulative effect

I think with abstinence it recovers quickly. But when using something for sure builds up i think. There is a good thread in psychedelics discussion on this issue (the bladder damage)

I'm not too educated on it, but I heard rumors it recrystalizes in the kidney or bladder lining? Would this not be permenant/cumulative?

I still have issues. But i guess i have been pretty lucky. mainly i have reduced capacity and more frequent trips to the toilet than any of my mates, its only actually PAINFUL when my bladder is really full and i have no choice but to whip my dick and pee, wherever that may be lol, not sure how i havent got done for public urination yet tbh *touch wood*

I have minor bladder issues for the past 6 months almost nothing. I have major colon, rectal and bowel issues amd pain that has lead to heroin relapse after 5 months of enduring it Clean. I wonder If it's connected somehow. IBS and IC are comorbid statistically. I even started drinking again and eating spicy without bladder irritation. But it feels like I have a 14 inch dildo inside me 24 7 these days.

I think I will die of heroin use or suicide if doctors can't help

So, SO sorry to hear what you endure daily.

Have you tried daily treatment with morphine?
I also have a chronic, painful condition and I finally found some relief in pain management with daily MS Contin, Gabapentin, and Clonazepam.

Just a thought as you really need some help with that.

Yep, it gave me flashbacks as well, to when I couldn't pee even though my bladder was full. I wasn't on any drugs at the time either. It was horrible. I went to the ER and they admitted me immediately as an emergency because my bladder was legit about to explode. They had to catheterise my urethra to empty my bladder, they got 1.5 litres (50 ounces) of urine out!!!!!!! So yep, my bladder was actually about to explode...
After a million tests and scans, they never found out why I couldn't pee. It's never happen before or since. So....
